This online scheduling tool is for Vision Exams ONLY with the result being a prescription for glasses and/or contact lenses, if necessary.  If you would like to schedule an appointment for a medical exam (e.g. due to red eye, dry eye, flashes of light, diabetic exam, etc.), please call the office at (334) 768-7202 to schedule your appointment.  Any Non-Vision Exams scheduled online will be canceled by our office staff.

If you are an established patient but do not have your login credentials, STOP!  DO NOT create a duplicate patient account.  Please call the office.

When scheduling your vision exam online, you will be prompted to enter some basic information about yourself.  Please note that this is NOT your registration interview and is NOT your appointment confirmation.  Text/E-mail confirmation requests and reminders will be sent periodically prior to your appointment date.  If you are scheduling for the main office in Valley, AL, you will be sent a separate registration link to your e-mail / mobile phone in order to complete your patient interview.  If you do not complete this registration within 24 business hours of scheduling your appointment, your appointment may be canceled by our office staff.  If you are scheduling your exam for the Express Location in Auburn, AL, you will complete your paperwork upon arrival.
